: The Manufacturer’s Insert Is the One Place Where Vaccine Companies Tell the Truth The pharmaceutical industry likes to say that they throw the kitchen sink onto the insert to protect themselves from liability — but a Federal law states “only those adverse events for which there is some basis to believe there is a causal relationship between the drug and the occurrence of the adverse event” are allowed to be listed.

“There’s a lot of science that supports the supposition [that] most of these vaccines, not all of them, but most of them, are causing more injuries and deaths than they are averting,” stated RFK Jr.

Those debating whether the deadly schemozzle of pandemic mismanagement that has cast a pall over the last three years was due to a cockup or a conspiracy should abandon binary thinking. All the evidence, from both sides of the Atlantic, indicates that there were both cockups and conspiracies and they came not as single spies but in battalions.

In the UK, the ‘Lockdown files’, a trove of 100,000 WhatsApp messages released by the Telegraph over the last week, provide a portrait of former health minister Matt Hancock as a cruel careerist and a clown better suited to appearing on ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’, which he did for a fee of hundreds of thousands of pound, rather than running Britain’s pandemic policy.

The liberty of millions of Britons was curtailed based on the whims of decision-makers who, because they were not subject to parliamentary scrutiny, simply claimed they were following the best scientific advice.

Guilt and fear were shamelessly used to enforce the draconian dictates with Hancock writing that he would ‘frighten the pants off everyone’ with a new strain to get compliance.

A fan of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum (WEF), Hancock wrote that he hoped Covid would propel his career into the next league. He discussed with his advisers how ‘pushing on vaccines’ would be ‘the most politically beneficial thing’ to do. When Dame Kate Bingham who led the UK vaccine taskforce suggested in October 2020 that only people who were ‘at risk’ should be vaccinated, Hancock branded her as ‘wacky’ and ‘totally unreliable’.
“only a disaster is likely to produce change.”

What Really Happened Inside the COVID-19 Vaccine Trials?

    https://amidwesterndoctor.substack.com/p/what-really-happened-inside-the-covid

At this point, the best metaphor I have come up with to describe what I’ve observed regarding enrolling in the pharmaceutical clinical trial process is that it is akin to entering an abusive relationship. The abuser will initially flatter you and promise you one thing after another in return for your consent to enter their web of deception.

Then, once they have you on board, they will break each promise they made, gradually treating you worse and worse, and gaslighting you into believing that those issues are not really happening.
Finally, once they no longer need you, they will discard you and leave you to pick up the pieces (which is often almost impossible if you have a life-changing medical injury). Keep this in mind as we review what happened in the COVID-19 trials.

As I considered all of this, I could not help but wonder “if this was the best they could do using every possible trick at their disposal to rearrange their data to paint a positive picture of the vaccines, just how bad was the actual trial data?”

  2. A special place in hell for those who did/do believe what people tell them but keep quiet .
My hope is that one day these drugs will be banned altogether .The risk of harm is too great and unpredictable and yet more are in the pipeline – It’s a pipe dream yet there are novel research projects going deeper into understanding the science using plants (as well as sacrificial animals) They are discovering previously unknown similarities between humans and plants. This isn’t to be confused with theories of consciousness . Plants survive by exploring and reacting to the environment but there are pathways in common. Everything has after all has evolved from the same single cell. The findings go way past just recognising that plants take up and are harmed by drugs or can be used for medicines. If knowledge of the mechanism by which plants are harmed is more and more understood by experimentation – could that not be transferred to understanding human bodies and how drugs act and how people are being harmed? The detail in these articles are beyond my understanding but if anyone is interested they are free to read in the journals.

It’s the conclusion of people who work in this area and understand data and studies: SSRIs are not effective for teens and are dangerous for teens. And prescribing them to teens, and raising the dosage, without informing the parent they live with is reckless disregard for safety.

Patients launch legal action against AstraZeneca over its covid-19 vaccine

Dozens of patients and families are launching legal action against AstraZeneca over a rare side effect of its covid-19 vaccine.

Lawyers have sent the company pre-action protocol letters, the first step in a legal claim on behalf of around 75 claimants. Some have lost relatives and some have survived with catastrophic injuries following blood clots.

Many millions have had the vaccine without suffering complications but in 2021 the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency confirmed a possible link between the vaccine, known as Vaxzevria, and a rare condition involving blood clots along with abnormally low platelet levels. Those taking legal action have been diagnosed with vaccine induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia.

The claimants are pursuing a two pronged strategy: taking legal action under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 as well as claiming payment under the government run Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme. The scheme has paid out in several cases, but is limited to £120 000 per claim and applicants must prove severe disablement.1 Payment under the scheme does not preclude a claim for personal injury through the courts. Those taking action under the Consumer Protection Act must show that the vaccine was not as safe as the public were entitled to expect.

Peter Todd, a consultant solicitor with Scott-Moncrieff & Associates, one of two lawyers handling claims, told The BMJ that the complications included stroke, heart failure, and leg amputations. He said the technology involved in the AstraZeneca vaccine was “risky.”

Even though the legal claim is against AstraZeneca, the UK taxpayer will have to pay any compensation awarded, under a legal indemnity that the government gave the company early in the pandemic.

In response to a freedom of information request, NHS Business Services, which operates the vaccine damage scheme, revealed that by 6 March 2023 the scheme had received 4017 claims relating to a covid-19 vaccine. Of those which had been dealt with, 622 concerned the AstraZeneca vaccine, 348 the Pfizer, and 43 the Moderna vaccine. Of the 4017 claims, 334 were for a death.

Sarah Moore, a partner in the Hausfeld law firm, whose clients are also taking legal action, said the maximum £120 000 payment from the scheme was “nothing” in cases where the person who was injured or died was a breadwinner. “Many were parents and many were caregivers,” she said.

MPs, campaigners, and families also argue that the scheme takes too long to decide on payments. The number of administrative staff processing claims has recently been increased from four to 80.

Damages for individuals in the court action could be in the millions. Moore added, “We’ve been trying to get the government to reform their statutory scheme. We didn’t want to litigate but the government has forced us into a corner. The only way these families can get compensation is to fight the battle they didn’t want to fight.”

An AstraZeneca spokesperson said the company could not comment on ongoing legal matters, but added, “Patient safety is our highest priority and regulatory authorities have clear and stringent standards to ensure the safe use of all medicines, including vaccines. Our sympathy goes to anyone who has reported health problems.

“AstraZeneca and regulatory authorities carefully record and assess all reports of potential adverse events associated with use of Vaxzevria. From the body of evidence in clinical trials and real world data, Vaxzevria has continuously been shown to have an acceptable safety profile and regulators around the world state that the benefits of vaccination outweigh the risks of extremely rare potential side effects.”
